So Far So Good!!

Everything is going to plan here.  I have drank atleast 80oz of water everyday and went to the gym 3/5 days!  I went to kick boxing last night and it was so nice to get back into it!!!  I love taking classes at my gym and feel like I get the most out of them.  Speaking of the gym…I signed up for another year today!!  I really enjoy going there!  I weigh in on Friday so keep your fingers crossed for good results!  If the scale don’t show a lose I won’t be too hard on myself…I know how hard I tried this week!

Day One of my New Start

Well today went good!!  I weighed in this morning and lost 1.6 pounds…YAY!!!  I then went to the gym and got measured and weighed.  Kind of scary but not too bad.  It just makes me realize I need to work my booty off…literally.

Atleast 3 times at the gym

80 oz of water

Limit my coffee…YIKES!
